Contract Drafting
We provide among others, contract drafting of the following documents:-
Car loan agreement
Vendor owns a car with a Hire Purchase facilities, agrees to sell to a purchaser subject to the hire purchase facilities.
Tenancy Agreement
An agreement between landlord and tenant for a tenancy period up to 3 years.
Lease agreement
An agreement between landlord and tenant for a period more than 3 years.
Consultancy agreement
An agreement between a main contractor and a consultant or between a developer and a consultant like architect, quantity surveyor, civil and structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer etc.
Construction agreement
An agreement between a developer and a contractor.
Deed of renunciation
A deed whereby a beneficiary renounce his rights and interests in a Trust Deed.
Deed of Indemnity
An document by a guarantor to a party that if his company cannot perform a duty, he will indemnify for any losses and damages.
Deed of Compromise
Joint registered and beneficial owner of properties agree to resolve all present and past claim, dispute and difference of properties.
Distribution Agreement
An agreement between a Principal and an agent for distribution of a proprietary products.

An agreement between a bank and a borrower whereby the borrower obtain the the facilities for his disposal at a cost.
Letter of Guarantee
A document from a guarantor to a party whereby the guarantor warrants performance of a contract, failing which he will pay for it.
License Agreement
An agreement between a licensor and a licensee whereby the licensee has the right to sell, to use the licensor's goods and services for a royalties.
Management Agreement
An agreement between a property owner like resort, premises, quarry and the operator whereby the operator's scope of works is specified and fee paid stipulated.
Novation Agreement/Deed of novation
An agreement between A, B and C whereby A and B revoke their agreement and a new contract between A and C is established.
Option to Purchase
An agreement between a registered owner of a piece of land and a potential purchaser whereby the potential purchaser places a deposit in contemplation of purchase of that piece of land within a duration.
Sales & Purchase Agreement (other than those in the Housing Development Act)

Hire Purchase Agreement
An agreement between an owner and a hirer whereby among others, number of installment and amount of installment are specified.
Joint Venture Agreement
An agreement between 2 parties to undertake certain project. The agreement entails to forming of a joint venture company or just a consortium.
Sales of Goods Agreement
An agreement between a vendor and a purchaser of goods subject to terms and conditions like fitness for purpose, merchantable quality etc.
Credit Sales Agreement
An agreement between a vendor and a purchaser whereby the purchase price or part of it can be by installment and terms and repayment are specified.
Promissory Note
A document between a lender and a borrower. The borrower promises to pay a sum back to the lender.
Repair & Maintenance Agreement
This agreement is supplemental to Sales of Goods Agreement. It is related to complex electrical, electronic equipments.
Sales/Marketing Agency Agreement
An agreement between a principal and a marketing agent whereby the marketing agent get a fees for a scope of works they are to perform.
Sport Event Sponsorship Agreement
An agreement between a sport event organizer and a sponsor whereby the sponsor may use the sport event for advertisement etc subject to the organizer's terms and conditions.
Trust Deed
A document between a Trustee and a Beneficiary whereby the trustee holds an asset on trust for the beneficiary. The beneficiary is the de facto owner of the asset.
